Board of Directors
David Levy, born in 1969, is an entrepreneur in the field of innovation and political education. He has extensive experience as a manager and consultant for international companies as well as in improving the international image of Bulgaria and attracting foreign investment. Over 20 years participated as a lecturer and analyst in international conferences, congresses and forums around the world and in TV broadcasts in Bulgaria and Israel as an analyst of the Middle East. He is the creator of a new political ideology called Intellicracy and the founder of Israeli center for science and culture and The International Intellicratic Institute. Fluent in Bulgarian, English, Russian and Hebrew.
Born in 1966, Mr. Zhekov is engaged in private business consulting in the field of international transport, licensing regimes and agriculture. Thanks to his experience, Sylvian is dedicated to community service as a municipal councilor and is part of some non-governmental organizations related to sports and work with children. He also holds a responsible position as a sales representative for Viasat Technology and DS Technology Solutions, which specialize in fleet management.
Radion Popov is an expert in Arab Politics. His professional experience includes being the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs (2008 – 2009), having supervised the activities of Bulgaria in the Arab regions and the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Mr Popov is nominated as Economic Advisor in Doha, Qatar and Muscat, Oman. His responsibilities include promotion of Bulgarian companies and introducing investment opportunities in Bulgaria to businesses based in Qatar and Oman.
Olia Al-Ahmed is a Bulgarian journalist, interpreter and PR expert. She is highly involved in following and covering international news, especially in the Middle East region, as a major area of coverage. Olia is experienced as an author and editor in the International News Department in various leading media in Bulgaria. Member of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists, she has won 27 awards for journalism. Fluent in English, Arabic, Bulgarian, Russian and Spanish.
Toshko Krastev, born in 1964, received his Law degree from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". He holds a master's degree in Political Science from NBU. In 2013 he received the science education degree Doctor of Science in the field 3.1 Sociology, Anthropology and Cultural Sciences. From 2010 to 2016, Mr. Krastev was the first President of the European Polytechnic University. Since 2016 he has been the President of the Institute of European Education. Since 2015 he has been elected associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development at the UN University in Belgrade. In 2020 he was elected professor at the University of Tourism and Management-Skopje. He is the author of 42 publications. Fluent in Bulgarian and Russian.
